Process flow of flat metal labels
The flat metal label is mainly a kind of metal label with explanatory purpose by dissolving different colors into the film by using the method of photosensitive exposure, so that it will be displayed on the metal plate through the development method. The following are the specific process and formulas of several metal flat-screen labels that we often come into contact with (the process flow of flat-screen labels):
1.Blanking: The size of the wool is generally larger than the size of the plate (above 5mm), and the surface of the board is smooth and free of pits.
2.Pre-treatment: ①polishing ②wire drawing ③treatment④oxidation and other methods.
3.Water sealing: After degreasing and film removal, the processed board should be quickly immersed in water without contact with air.
4.Gluing: the configuration of glue. Glue: 200-230g Water: 1000ml, boil for 2 hours to fully dissolve the glue. When the temperature drops to 30-50℃, add 25-30g of photosensitizer (ammonium bibutyrate) and spread the glue evenly on Dry the metal plate for later use.
5.Exposure: The SB750 vacuum exposing machine can be used for photosensitive exposure. After the lamp is 60-90cm and the time is 40-80 seconds, it is developed in warm water for 1 minute and put into the color solution for dyeing.
6.Gloss retention: After fully dyeing the brand, after it is allowed to dry, use a brush or spray gun to apply gloss retention paint.
